Questions, answered
Is it new or refurbished?
New. Never used, never activated, never repaired. Only the retail box is damaged.
What warranty do I get?
The standard 1-year Apple warranty. It starts the day you activate the device, so you get the full year.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 14 days from the day it arrives, if the device is unused and complete. Box damage alone is not a reason for return — it's why the price is lower.
How much is shipping?
$10.00 anywhere in the US, free on orders over $500.00. You get a tracking number by email.
Is paying safe?
You enter your card on our payment provider's secure page. This shop never sees or stores your card details. Paying by credit card also protects you: if an order never arrives, your card issuer can reverse the charge.
Is it an original Apple device?
Yes. Before it ships, we email you the serial number of your exact device. Enter it at checkcoverage.apple.com: Apple's own site shows whether it is genuine and not yet activated. If anything there looks wrong, reply before it ships and we cancel and refund you in full.
