You can return a device within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, not activated and complete with everything that came in the box. A damaged retail box is the reason for the discount, not a reason to return.
Contact us with your track code and we email you a prepaid shipping label. You pay nothing to send it back.
The full price plus the original shipping goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days after the device arrives and passes inspection.
If the device doesn't work or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you in full. After that, Apple's warranty covers defects.
We never keep part of the price when you return a device.
