Every device is brand new, unused and sealed. It costs less because its retail box was damaged in shipping or storage; the device itself is not.
Prices are in the currency of the country you shop from, shown by the flag at the top of the shop. The total at checkout, including shipping, is what you pay. You enter your card on our payment provider's secure page; we never see or store it.
You can pay part of the price now and the rest before your order ships; paying this way costs a little more, and the bag shows both sums before you pay. We ship once the rest is paid. If you do not pay the rest or cancel, we refund what you paid in full.
An order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive a track code by email. If we can't fulfil it — for example, the item sold out or the price was shown in error — we cancel it and refund you in full.
Before shipping we email you your device's serial number. Check it at checkcoverage.apple.com. If Apple doesn't confirm the device is genuine and not activated, tell us before it ships: we cancel the order and refund you in full.
Every device comes with Apple's standard 1-year limited warranty, provided by Apple under its own terms.
